GCI Performance Insights
GCI Performance Insights is the performance intelligence platform for revenue, margin, cost, and cash. Use a single data export to uncover hidden opportunities and risks, see what they're worth, and decide where to start.
Your data – fresh insights – transparent – action-oriented – at a fixed price
ERP, BI, and management reports give you more data than ever. They show how revenue, margin, cost, and cash have performed. What they often don't tell you is where the opportunities lie, what they're worth, and which to tackle first.
01 · Causes
Reports show the variance. Finding the cause takes another round of analysis.
02 · Value
Opportunities in customers, products, costs, and working capital are often assumed. What they're worth remains unclear.
03 · Capacity
Every new question means more manual work, and your finance team's time is already stretched.
04 · Decisions
The insights are there. What they're worth, and what should come first, often isn't clear.
GCI Performance Insights looks at business performance across four financial dimensions: revenue, margin, cost, and cash.

01 · Revenue

02 · Margin

03 · Cost

04 · Cash
One integrated approach, with analytics tailored to each business challenge. Every module takes a deeper look at the performance levers it addresses – from revenue and margins in sales to liquidity in working capital.

Find revenue and margin opportunities across customers, products, and pricing, and put them to work in sales management.
Analysis areas

Coming soon
Identify how much capital is unnecessarily tied up in inventory, receivables and payables – and how to release that liquidity.

Coming soon
Identify savings in volume bundling, suppliers, prices, and terms.

Coming soon
Identify performance gaps in inventory, product availability, service levels, and delivery reliability.

Coming soon
Find where structural costs arise across functions, organizational structure, and resource use.
An end-to-end analysis and planning process links diagnosis, financial prioritization, and concrete action planning. Every module follows the same four steps: Assess, Prioritize, Operationalize, and Realize.

Example: Sales Performance
01 · Assess
The Health Monitor brings together the key performance dimensions and highlights anomalies and trends that warrant deeper analysis. Each dimension receives a maturity score, making weaknesses visible at a glance.

02 · Prioritize
All identified opportunities are brought together in a single overview, quantified in monetary terms and ranked by value. Key findings highlight which areas should be prioritized.

03 · Operationalize
Detailed analyses drill down from the big picture to the underlying causes – depending on the module, to individual customers, products, suppliers or cost items, and all the way to individual transactions. Scenario planning then shows how much of the identified potential can realistically be captured and establishes the target level.

04 · Realize
The target defined through scenario planning and management’s assessment feed into a detailed realization plan for each customer and performance lever. Actions are planned with assigned owners and expected impact. Comparing the target with the planned actions reveals how much of the target is already covered and where gaps remain.

GCI Performance Insights combines standardized analytics, integrated business logic and tools for operational performance management. For well-founded decisions – fast, predictable and at a fixed price, without lengthy analytics or IT projects.

01 · Fast to value
A single data export is enough for a first diagnosis with quantified opportunities and priorities ranked by value.

02 · Built for operational use
Dashboards, drill-downs, scenarios, and planning tools help managers and controllers run the business day to day.

03 · Business logic built in
Rule-based analyses deliver consistent, repeatable results, traceable to the individual transaction.

04 · Preconfigured analytics
Ready-made analyses work from day one, with no models to build and no code to write.

05 · No setup project
You don't need a new data warehouse or upfront system integration for the first diagnosis.

06 · Confidential data handling
For the diagnostic, a defined data export is all we need, shared under a confidentiality agreement. For ongoing operation, we agree on a data and deployment model with you.
In four stages, we connect your business model and management questions with the data you already have. We run the analysis and work with the people responsible to lay the groundwork for management decisions.
Scoping workshop
Understand the business model, define the key management questions, and set the scope of the analysis.
Data handover & check
The data export follows a specification we provide up front. Before the analysis starts, we check the data for quality and completeness.
Analysis
We handle setup and execution. You don't need your own analytics models or extra capacity in your finance team.
Results workshop
Together we assess opportunities and risks, decide where to focus, and develop concrete courses of action.
For the agreed diagnostic scope.
We'll clarify scope and data needs in a first conversation.
You decide which business data goes into the analysis. For the one-time diagnostic, a defined data export is enough, with no access to your internal systems. How the data is used is governed by contract and limited to the agreed purpose.
No access to internal systems. No upfront system integration.

01 · Data handover
You create the export in-house, following a data specification we provide up front. Customer names can be replaced with unique IDs.

02 · Confidentiality
We use the data only for the agreed analyses, and confidentiality is governed by contract.

03 · Ongoing operation
With Managed Intelligence, the analyses run in your IT environment, with up-to-date data coming in through agreed exports or interfaces.
